Payment

Faunamaster.com accepts payment by Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, JCB and MobilePay. Payment will only be debited from your account when the item is dispatched.

All amounts are in DKK. Danish Kroner and include VAT.

Faunamaster.com uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card details with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means your information cannot be read.

Delivery

Faunamaster.com delivers on all weekdays, delivery time will typically be 1-3 working days, for orders placed before 12:00 PM on a weekday.

Delivery methods and terms

Orders placed before 12:00 PM on a weekday will typically be dispatched the following weekday. Delivery time within Denmark is usually 1-4 working days.

Shipments are sent with GLS, Postnord, UPS or bluewater shipping, the shipping price for each order will be provided before the order is finalised and paid for.

Deliveries can be chosen for private addresses, business addresses, or collection from local parcel shops.

A tracking number will be provided when the order is dispatched, so the package can be tracked with the individual shipping companies.

Returns policy

A 2-year warranty is provided in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty covers defects in material and/or workmanship, excluding wear and tear parts such as tyres, cutting discs, and press wheels.

Complaints do not apply to faults or damages caused by incorrect operation of the product/service.

DK-Hunting ApS / Faunamaster.com will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Refusion

If a refund has been agreed, please send us your bank details so we can transfer the agreed amount.

Right of withdrawal

There is a 14-day full right of return on items purchased in our webshop.
The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.

You must bear the return costs yourself.

Regret must be reported to us no later than 14 days after purchase, and from the date of regret, you must return the shipment no later than 14 days afterwards.

A notice of cancellation must be sent by email to salg@faunamaster.com. In the notice, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation. 

The condition of the goods when you return them
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try out the goods in the same way as you would in a physical shop.

If the item has been tried out beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase price back, depending on the item's commercial value.

To receive the full purchase amount back, you must do the same as you would in a physical shop. You are allowed to try the item, but not use it for its intended purpose.
