Payment
Faunamaster.com accepts payment with Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, JCB and mobilepay.
Payment will only be debited from your account when the goods are shipped.
All amounts are in DKK.

Faunamaster.com uses an authorized payment server that encrypts all your card details with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol.
This means that your information cannot be read.
Delivery
Faunamaster.com delivers on all weekdays, delivery time will typically be 1-3 business days for orders placed before 12.00 on a weekday.
Forms of delivery and conditions
Orders placed before 12.00 on a weekday are typically shipped the following weekday, delivery time in Denmark will normally be 1-4 business days.
Shipments are sent with GLS, Postnord, UPS or bluewater shipping, the shipping price of the individual order will be stated before the order is finalized and paid.
You can choose delivery to private addresses, business addresses, or collection from local parcel shops.
A tracking number will be provided when the order is shipped, so that the package can be tracked with each shipping company.
Right to complain
A 2-year warranty is provided in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act.
Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or workmanship, but generally excludes wearing parts, such as tires, roller blades, press wheels.
The complaint does not apply to defects or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product/service.
DK-Hunting ApS / Faunamaster.com will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Reimbursement
If a refund has been agreed, please send us your bank details so that we can transfer the agreed amount.
Right of withdrawal
There is a 14-day return policy on items purchased in our Webshop.
The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.
You will have to pay for the return costs yourself.
Cancellation must be notified to us within 14 days of the purchase and you must return the shipment within 14 days of the cancellation.
The notification must be given by e-mail at info@domæne.dk.
In the notification, you must clearly inform us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
You can also choose to use our standard withdrawal form and send it back to us.

The condition of the goods when you return them
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
In other words, you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical shop.
If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, we consider it as second-hand, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item.
To get a full refund, you need to do the same as you would in a physical shop.
You can test the goods, but not actually use them.
